1. Overview: How You Get Paid

At Kpugi, getting paid for your views is automated, predictable, and deposited directly into your Nigerian bank account. You do not need to negotiate invoices or wait months for brand approvals.

  • Direct Bank Transfer: Payments are routed straight to your 10-digit NUBAN account.
  • Weekly Automated Runs: Payouts are batched and disbursed every Friday.
  • Zero (N0) Withdrawal Fees: You keep 100% of your net verified earnings.

2. Connecting Your Nigerian Bank Account

To ensure your funds land safely, connect your bank details before your first campaign settles:

  1. Open your Creator Wallet (/c/wallet).
  2. Click Add Bank Account or Update Account Details.
  3. Select your bank from the list of licensed financial institutions.
  4. Enter your 10-digit NUBAN account number.
  5. Kpugi instantly checks with the inter-bank settlement network to resolve and display your registered account name.
  6. Confirm Name Match: Confirm that the name returned matches the legal name on your verified identity document.

Supported Banks & Fintechs

  • Commercial Banks: GTBank, Zenith Bank, Access Bank, First Bank, United Bank for Africa (UBA), Stanbic IBTC, FCMB, Fidelity, Sterling, Providus, Wema, etc.
  • Licensed Digital Banks & Neobanks: OPay, PalmPay, Kuda Bank, Moniepoint MFB, Carbon, FairMoney, etc.

3. The Weekly Friday Settlement Schedule

All verified payouts follow a weekly automated clearing cycle:

  • Disbursement Window: Payouts run every Friday afternoon between 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM West Africa Time (WAT).
  • Weekly Cutoff: Earnings from submissions that completed verification before Thursday 11:59 PM WAT are included in that Friday's disbursement run.
  • Instant Delivery: Funds are sent via NIBSS Instant Payments (NIP). You will receive an SMS credit alert directly from your bank as soon as the transfer completes.

4. Zero (N0.00) Withdrawal Fees

Kpugi does not deduct any hidden transaction fees, wire charges, or withdrawal penalties when sending your payout:

  • The 10% platform facilitation fee deducted at the time of gross earnings calculation already absorbs all payment processing and inter-bank transfer charges.
  • The net balance shown in your Wallet is the exact amount credited to your bank account.

5. What Happens If a Bank Transfer Fails?

Occasionally, a Nigerian bank may experience temporary network downtime or maintenance during the Friday payout window:

  • Your Funds are 100% Safe: If a bank transfer fails, the money never disappears. It rolls back into your Kpugi wallet balance immediately.
  • Automated Notification: You will receive an in-app and email alert explaining the bank-side delay.
  • Automatic Retry: The system re-queues the disbursement for the next clearing cycle once your bank's network connectivity is restored.
