2. The Kpugi Brand Wallet

Your Brand Wallet acts as your company's central operational balance:

• 1-Click Campaign Launches: Pre-fund your wallet once and launch multiple campaigns without having to enter card details every time.
• Automatic Balance Returns: When a campaign ends or is archived before the full budget is spent, the remaining balance immediately unlocks and credits back to your Brand Wallet.
• Re-deploy Anytime: You can instantly use your wallet balance to launch new campaigns across any channel.

3. Requesting a Bank Refund

If you prefer to withdraw your unspent Brand Wallet balance back to your corporate bank account:

1. Navigate to your Brand Wallet.
2. Click Request Balance Refund.
3. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw and confirm your corporate bank account details.
4. Processing Time: Bank refunds are processed directly back to your funding bank account via our payment processor in 3 to 5 business days.

4. Invoices & Payment Receipts

Every wallet deposit and campaign funding transaction generates a digital receipt with full transaction references under Wallet > Billing Receipts for your company's accounting records.
